Paul D. Sharkey is the Director of Pre-Construction Services and Facilities for K & S Associates, Inc./General Contractor.  He has held this position for the past 2 1/2 years.  Prior to joining K & S, Paul was the Director of Facilities for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.  He is a certified Facility Manager.

Paul has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.  He is a retired U.S. Army officer having served in the Corps of Engineers and was involved with Operations Just Cause, Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

He is actively involved in the St. Louis Chapter of the International Facility Management Association having served as President, is currently the Chairman of the 27th Engineer Battalion Association and is a member of the Football Advisory Council at Michigan Tech University.

Paul and his wife Joanie live in St. Louis (not too far from Ted Drewes).
